Our fees are based on the size of the complex, the number of units and the level
of input the Directors require from us. We are competitive as we have no high
street presence and, as a consequence, minimal overheads.
All travelling and expenses are normally included within the Fee.
VAT is excluded as we are not VAT registered.
Preparation of Dormant Accounts, income and Expenditure Accounts and
completion of forms for selling are excluded and charged on an individual
basis.
